RecoveryBox Terms and Conditions for Instagram Competitions

1. PROMOTER: This contest is promoted by Recovery Box hello@recoverybox.co.uk, herein referred to as “the Promoter.”

2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in UK and have booked an appointment at Recovery Box. An Instagram account and internet access are required.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The contest begins on 29/03/24 and ends on 05/04/24. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To participate, entrants must:

a. Post a selfie on you Instagram story using the Recovery Box facilities.

b. Tag the official Recovery Box Instagram account @Recoveryboxuk. Include the hashtag #RecoveryBox.

Entries must adhere to Instagram’s Community Guidelines. Multiple entries per person are permitted but must feature different content. Entries that do not meet these criteria will be deemed ineligible.

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a one-month unlimited membership to Recovery Box. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. No substitution by the winners or transfer of the prize is permitted.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 1 day after the contest closes. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 1 months to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

7. GENERAL: By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or outside of its control.

8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY: By entering, participants agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material by the Promoter. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. LIABILITY: The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reasons. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.

10. INSTAGRAM: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

11. GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions shall be governed by UK law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
